Paradise Supplies Ltd is a Wholesale Hotel, Resort and Cafe distributor, offering first-rate products and exceptional customer service to the hospitality industry in the Cook Islands. Our goal is to meet your needs with first class commercial products available on the island at reasonable prices. We also happily serve the public who can benefit from excellent prices directly from our showroom.
Paradise Supplies is located in Panama, Rarotonga and managed by Lucy McDonald. We have a showroom where you can view all our stock items and we make daily deliveries around Rarotonga. We will happily take orders to Air Rarotonga or HPM for shipment to the outer islands.
Should you wish to discuss your needs please don't hesitate to contact us, we will very happily help you to find a solution at a competitive price, often cheaper than freighting in products yourself.
The Small Print
Please note all prices are shown on this website are inclusive of VAT.
We offer a delivery service for orders over $100 but we cannot guarantee what time your goods will arrive. A delivery fee of $15 is charged on all orders under $100. Deliveries which are bulky and require 2 people are charged at $35. You are welcome and encouraged to collect your order if it is time critical as delays are sometimes unavoidable.
If a product is faulty we will happily exchange it for you within 24 hours of delivery. Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to check all orders when they are delivered.
If you wish to return an item because it was ordered in error or you have changed your mind you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made to the showroom within one week of order and goods must be in perfect saleable condition. We do not offer a collection service for returns.

Should you be contacted by anyone purporting to be us please undertake your own due diligence before entering into any business arrangement. Paradise Supplies Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any business undertaken by anyone fraudulently using our name or purporting to be us.
